🏡 Blue Tide House Rules 1. No Parties or Events This home is meant for relaxation — no loud gatherings, events, or parties allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. 2. No Smoking Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. A $250 cleaning fee will apply for any violations. 3. Pool Safety Use the pool at your own risk. No diving, running, or glass near the pool. Children must be supervised at all times. 4. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. 6. Parking Driveway parking only — no street parking or blocking neighbors’ driveways. 7. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Late check-out may result in additional fees. 8. Care & Respect Please treat the property as if it were your own. Report any damages immediately so we can address them quickly.
