This spacious house comfortably sleeps 14 with king beds in every main bedroom, 2 full beds and 2 twin beds in the kids room, a day bed in the den, a large sectional couch in the living room, and an air mattress in the closet. Each room features a 4k Smart TV. You can even enjoy quality family time with an array of games in the living room! Our well-equipped kitchen boasts a barn house style sink, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, silverware and dishes, Keurig coffee machine, a regular coffee pot, and complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar. For your little ones, we offer a highchair, kids utensils and dishes, board games, and a Graco pack and play. There's also an optional secure child fence for the pool to ensure their safety. Need to work? There's a dedicated workspace in the upstairs loft! Explore the local area with our 4 cruiser bikes, or park your car(s) in the two-car garage equipped with an EV charger port. Stay in and relax on the hotel-style pool deck featuring a heated saltwater pool and pool floaties, gas fire pit, lounge chairs, dining space, grill, and tiki torches. No shoes allowed on rugs. Do not leave doors open as flies will come in Pets are allowed, but no puppies under 1 year, and a $25 per day fee will be required. (Airbnb doesn’t give this option in the booking process, unfortunately) No pets in the pool or on furniture. Wipe pets feet when coming from outdoors, before going indoors. Please pickup after your dogs. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. A fully refundable $250 pet deposit is required before pets are allowed on the premises. This is to cover us in the case of pet related damages. Unauthorized events or parties will incur a $250 fine. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 fine. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fine. There is a Ring camera installed on the front porch. There is a security camera on the house to the right that appears to have view into the bathroom windows, but rest assured we’ve confirmed with the neighbors that they do not, and the bathroom is equipped with roller blinds for your privacy.
