Our well-equipped kitchen boasts a double sink, dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, pots and pans, silverware and dishes, drip coffee machine, 4-slice toaster, air fryer, blender, complimentary coffee, cream, and sugar, and even a Care Bear waffle maker. Outside, relax on the pool deck featuring a heated saltwater pool and pool floaties, sun loungers, a dining space, BBQ grill, and corn hole! Winding down before bed? Watch a movie on the 50’’ 4k Smart TV in the master bedroom or cozy up with a book in the reading area. For your little ones, we offer a highchair, games, and a sand bucket for the beach. No shoes allowed on rugs. Do not leave doors open as flies will come in. Pets are allowed, but no puppies under 1 year, and a $25 per day fee will be required. No pets in the pool or on furniture. Wipe pets feet when coming from outdoors, before going indoors. Please pickup after your dogs. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine. A fully refundable $250 pet deposit is required before pets are allowed on the premises. This is to cover us in the case of pet related damages. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fine. Unauthorized events or parties will incur a $250 fine. Smoking indoors will incur a $500 fine. Thank you!
