🚗 Parking Information Overnight parking requires a permit through the Jupiter Bay Association. • Parking Permit Fee: $25 per vehicle for your entire stay To obtain your permit: 📧 After booking, please provide your email address. We will send you a DocuSign packet to complete electronically. 📋 Jupiter Bay requires two short forms to be filled out along with a photo of your valid picture ID. These must be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival. Once completed, we’ll submit everything to the association. They will then email you an invoice for the $25 parking permit fee. 📍 Upon arrival, you’ll pick up your parking permit from the office — the first building on the right when entering Jupiter Bay East. The office door is located in front of the elevator on the ground floor. Your permit will be in the mailbox labeled with your name. Please place the permit visibly on your dashboard. ⚠️ Vehicles without a valid parking permit may be subject to towing after a warning.
