The patio is the perfect spot to unwind and bask in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Sliding glass doors offer the option to let in the refreshing ocean breeze, creating a serene atmosphere ideal for starting your day with a cup of coffee or ending it with a glass of wine. You can also do a quick workout on the patio with the included weight bench, full set of hand weights and yoga mat. The kitchen is well equipped and provides everything you need to whip up a delicious meal or enjoy a casual snack and has a wine fridge. There is a grill next to the pool deck. This will require 1-week advance reservation and a $50 deposit. High-definition flat screen Smart TV in the living room and each bedroom has a TV. Everything you need for a day at the beach or the pool: Beach towels and 4 beach chairs and umbrella Everything you need for a day in: Games, books, high-speed Wi-Fi and cable. For a comfortable and convenient stay, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry pods and fabric softener, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, bar soap and garbage bags are provided.

Guest/Lease Registration Form must be filled out 3 days prior to your stay. Parking is an extra fee. $25.00 per vehicle to park. No Pickup Trucks or Work Trucks. Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it.

PARKING: Parking your vehicle overnight requires a parking permit. $25 for your entire stay, per vehicle. You will need to provide us with your email address when you book where we will send you a DocuSign (which allows you to sign paperwork electronically). Jupiter Bay Assocation requires two forms to be filled out along with a photo of your picture I.D., submitted 3 days prior to arrival. Once you provide a valid email address, we will send you the required documentation for you to fill out. Once received we will then submit the documents to Jupiter Bay who will intern send you an invoice for $25 for your parking permit. You will pick up your parking permit from the office which is the first building on the right when you pull into Jupiter Bay East. The office door is located in front of the elevator's downstairs. Your parking permit will be in the box with your name on it. Please place parking permit on your dashboard. Failure to do so will result into your vehicle being towed. Thank you for your cooperation.
